We book it, a partner drives it
We are a booking service rather than a bus company. Every vehicle and driver comes from a partner operator holding the authorisation German law asks of anyone carrying passengers for hire, under the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG), along with the insurance that goes with it. We pick an operator that suits your group, have the trip priced and remain your contact until the last person is home.
Made for eight to twenty-four people
Most of the groups we help are small: a family gathering for a big birthday, guests on their way to a wedding, a choir or football club on tour, friends on a JGA weekend. A minibus (Kleinbus) takes up to 16 of you plus the driver, so nobody gets split up.
Eight or fewer can travel in a car with driver, which German law treats as a Mietwagen and which is always booked ahead. From about 17 people, a Midibus with 29 to 35 seats or two minibuses work well; beyond that, a full-size Reisebus seats 49 to 57.
Days out that suit a smaller vehicle
Neuschwanstein is the classic. From Munich it is roughly 118 km, about two hours each way, and the castle can only be seen on a guided tour at a fixed time. Tickets are sold online and at the ticket centre in Hohenschwangau, never at the castle, so book yours before the minibus. Vehicles wait in the car parks below; nobody drives up.
On the Rhine, Rüdesheim lies about 64 km from Frankfurt and the Loreley plateau about 33 km beyond it. No bridge crosses the river for some 90 km between Wiesbaden and Koblenz, so villages on the far bank such as Bacharach mean a ferry or a long way round. From Freiburg, Titisee in the Black Forest is about 30 km away; from Dresden, the Bastei rocks of Saxon Switzerland about 40 km.
Weddings, family parties and Advent evenings
A German marriage becomes legal only in front of a registrar, so many couples hold the civil ceremony at the Standesamt and celebrate somewhere else afterwards. That means two journeys for your guests, plus a ride home at the end of the night: send us all three and they are planned together.
In Advent, a minibus makes a Christmas-market evening easy: at Nuremberg's Christkindlesmarkt, vehicles set down on the edge of the old town, a short walk from the stalls.
The rules behind a good plan
Some cities keep a low-emission zone (Umweltzone) where every vehicle needs the green sticker, those from abroad included; others have lifted theirs. Drivers may spend 9 hours a day at the wheel, or 10 twice a week, and must rest for 45 minutes after 4.5 hours, so a Neuschwanstein return from Munich, about 260 km, is planned with care. In ice or snow, winter tyres are compulsory.
Why you won't see a price list
The date, the hours, the distance and the vehicle all move the figure, so each trip is quoted on its own. Cancellation terms depend on the operator and appear on your quote; you pay nothing before saying yes.

Do you own the minibuses?
No. Each one belongs to a partner operator, which also employs the driver. We set up the booking and handle any changes with you.
Can a day trip cross into Austria?
Yes, as an outing from a German base, for example Salzburg or Innsbruck from Munich. The operator plans the route and whatever the crossing requires.
