Coach & Minibus Hire in Germany

Festivals and Race Days, Travelling Together

Four big occasions where going as a group makes the day easier: Christmas in Nuremberg, carnival in Cologne, the marathon in Berlin and the Oktoberfest in Munich.

Dates to note

First comes Advent in Nuremberg, with the Christkindlesmarkt open daily between 27 November and Christmas Eve 2026. Cologne celebrates hardest on Weiberfastnacht, 4 February 2027, and Rosenmontag four days later. Munich's Oktoberfest opens on 18 September 2027 and closes on 3 October, and Berlin's runners set off on Sunday 26 September 2027 in the GENERALI BERLIN-MARATHON. Minibuses get booked up around all of these, so ask early.

Getting near, not next to

Big events keep vehicles back. At the Oktoberfest, no coach may park or let passengers out beside the Theresienwiese; groups arrive through coach sites the city names each year. In Cologne, central roads close for the parades, so the current year's arrangements are checked as part of your booking.

Questions travellers ask

Can you get us tickets?

No, tickets are up to you. We arrange the transport: the vehicle, the driver and the timings.

Can the minibus wait near the venue?

Rarely right beside it. It sets you down where allowed, parks, and returns at the agreed time.

How do we reach the Oktoberfest from the coach site?

By U-Bahn: the U4 and U5 stop at Theresienwiese. From the Hauptbahnhof, the walk to the grounds takes about 15 minutes.
