Landing in Germany as a Group
Twelve airports have their own page, from Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin Brandenburg to Nuremberg, Dresden and Bremen. Each explains where a vehicle is allowed to stop and how long the ride into town takes.
Why your driver may wait a short walk away
German airports keep their kerbs clear. At Berlin Brandenburg, only vehicles up to 3.5 t may use the forecourts, so a heavier minibus waits at Bus Stop B with the coaches. At Düsseldorf, nothing may stop on the arrivals level. Munich, Nuremberg, Leipzig/Halle, Dresden and Bremen publish no coach pickup point, so the meeting place is agreed when you book. Height matters too: Munich's car parks stop at 2.00 m, too low for a high-roof minibus.
Rules to know before the day
- At Frankfurt airport, the recommended coach parking is area P36 at Terminal 1, a few minutes on foot from the terminal; at Terminal 3, coaches may stop briefly in the charter coach lane P62 to set down or pick up passengers and load luggage
- At Düsseldorf airport, a coach collecting passengers first checks in at the coach registration point, where a coordinator assigns a parking space and says when to drive to arrivals; coaches dropping off use the departures level for at most 30 minutes, with no parking
- From München airport, S-Bahn lines S1 and S8 reach the Hauptbahnhof in about 40 minutes

It depends on the airport. The meeting point is set when you book, and the vehicle waits where it is allowed to.
What if the flight is late?
The flight number lets the operator follow your landing time. If you rebook, a quick message keeps the pickup in step.
Can a small group go by car?
Up to eight passengers can travel in a car with driver, booked ahead like every pickup.
