Coach & Minibus Hire in Germany

From the Quay to Your Hotel, or Further

Four German ports welcome cruise ships: Hamburg on the Elbe, Kiel and Warnemünde on the Baltic, and Bremerhaven on the North Sea. Each page explains where your vehicle can meet you and how far the day can stretch.

Hamburg and Kiel

Hamburg has four cruise terminals spread around its port, so look for the terminal named on your cruise documents before booking the transfer. In Kiel, the Ostseekai berths sit roughly 1.6 km from the main station, and Hamburg airport is around 91 km away by road, an easy run for a minibus.

Warnemünde and Bremerhaven

Many guests calling at Warnemünde want to see Berlin, about 243 km away. That is a long day, so the operator plans it around the driver's hours, and excursion vehicles must be registered with the port in advance. Bremerhaven is about 68 km from Bremen's Marktplatz, close enough for a relaxed shore day.

Questions travellers ask

What do you need for a cruise transfer?

The ship, the date, your boarding or disembarkation time, how many are travelling and where you are heading.

Can we tour on a port day?

Yes. A minibus can take you inland or along the coast and bring you back well before all-aboard.

Will all our cases fit?

Not always in a full minibus. Tell us how many bags you have, and a larger vehicle can be suggested.
