What we do
Reliable coach and minibus hire throughout Germany for groups of all sizes, including tours, corporate transport, airport transfers, schools, events and private journeys. is a booking service and acts as an intermediary. We take your trip details, ask licensed, insured transport operators to price the trip, and arrange the booking with the operator you accept. Each operator holds the authorisation German law requires for the transport it carries out. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. The transport contract is made between you and the operator, who provides the vehicle and driver and carries out the trip. We are not a tour operator and do not sell package travel.
Quotes
A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as described in your request. It names the operator and states what is included, how long the quote is valid and the cancellation terms that apply. Parking, tolls, ferry fares and any site charges are shown on the quote where they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price may change, and we will tell you before anything is charged.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing after you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.
Changes, cancellations and withdrawal
Cancellation terms depend on the operator and the vehicle, and they are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can using the details on your confirmation.
German law gives no right of withdrawal for distance contracts on the carriage of passengers (§ 312 Abs. 2 Nr. 14 BGB). The cancellation terms on your quote apply instead.
Your part
Give accurate addresses, times, flight or sailing details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child seats and bulky luggage. Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, including wearing seat belts where fitted. Drivers must keep to the EU rules on driving and rest times, which can shape long days and multi-day trips.
Responsibility for the trip
The operator is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the safe performance of the trip. We are responsible for arranging your booking with due care. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under German consumer law.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, email germanycoachminibushire@pm.me first, so we can put it right. Our position on consumer dispute resolution is set out in the legal notice. You can also go to the courts.
Changes to these terms and applicable law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that booking. These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you normally live.
