Choosing a Vehicle That Fits Your Group
Every vehicle comes with a driver from a licensed partner operator. For eight to sixteen people a minibus is the natural choice; larger groups move up to a Midibus or a full-size coach.
Counting heads
A minibus seats 9 to 16 passengers besides the driver, and a Midibus 29 to 35. A full-size coach takes 49 to 57 and stows the luggage underneath. One to three guests ride comfortably in a car with driver, or up to eight in a van-type car.

Bags, buggies and wheelchairs
With every seat taken, a minibus has little room left behind the back row. For an airport run or a week of touring, a bigger vehicle or fewer people per minibus may suit you better. An accessible minibus has a lift or ramp and securing points, with wheelchair places replacing some seats, which also trims the luggage space.
Questions travellers ask
Can we choose the exact vehicle?
The quote names the vehicle type. The exact one depends on what the operator has free on your date.
Do we have to wear seat belts?
Yes, wherever they are fitted, in a minibus and a coach alike.
There are 20 of us. What should we book?
A Midibus keeps everyone together. Two minibuses manage narrow roads better and let the group split up for part of the day.
